Its that time of year again in Manchester, the German Christmas Markets are back!

Every year the Christmas Markets transform Manchester and some of its most picturesque and vibrant parts into mini winter wonderlands, with their wooden stalls, festive feastings and charming gifts. It is a great place to go to soak up some Christmas spirit, whilst winding through the bustling stalls, set under the citys Christmas lights and decorations.

Market shoppers are certain to find those perfect Christmas gifts to suit all tastes, from a luxury foods to a delicate, handcrafted piece of jewellery.

As much as we love the food and drink stalls at Manchesters Christmas Markets, our key focus are the fashion and accessory stalls. For fashion lovers the Christmas markets are a treasure trove of hand crafted jewelley, handbags, handmade leather goods, out wear and knitwear, which make great Christmas presents for those who are looking for something a little bit special and unusual, as styles are very individual.

The Markets also offer traditional German winter wear, such as large knit, woolen garments and accessories with traditional prints and decoration, ideal for older family members or friends.

There are many gems nestled in amongst the crowd, but here are our favourites:

For Jewellery

Nova Jewellery & Accessories, is situated in Albert Square. The designs are quirky, individual and on trend. The stall offers a wide selection of beautiful pieces, ranging from bold statement pieces to more simplistic delicate pieces, meaning there is something for everyone.

For Handbags and Other Accessories

Dont Bitch Stitch, is situated in St Annes Square. The designs are original, innovative and stylish. The pieces stand out due to their vivid colours. The bags are great sizes and extremely practical.
