MFN was sat front row at one of the Mancunion fashion scene’s most fabulous events. The Attitude Magazine men’s underwear and swimwear show at Selfridges, Manchester Exchange Square.

The event was co hosted by the two powerhouses to promote men’s fashion and the Manchester Pride Big Weekend celebrations that have taken over the city this bank holiday weekend. Event attendees were treated to cocktails courtesy of Patron Tequila and art work from the Manchester Pride Photography Exhibit, exclusivly to Selfridges Exchange Square, which features famous faces such as Graham Norton and Brooke Vincent from Coronation Street. Models handed out copies of this month’s Attitude ‘The Issues’ issue and stalls from St Tropez, Bare Escentuals and Tom Ford offered freebies to attendees throughout the night.

The show took place in the menswear department and featured a square catwalk that boarded the designer collections. Models were sparsely attired but sported underwear and swimwear from top brands including aussieBum and Diesel. Whilst the show’s focus was probably more to do with the models the general consensus among guests was that the collections featured were well chosen.

The last change the models underwent was into the new 2010 I Heart MCR PRIDE T-Shirts which both ended the evening and kicked off the weekend of (mostly) fashionable frivolity.

MFN will be out and about at Manchester Pride all weekend as well as at The Triangle Shopping Centre hosting Vintage Threads, we hope to see you there.
