Manchester-based fashion blogger Clare Potts shares the secrets behind her quirky site, Tweet. Having blogged for the last five years, she has now established her own voice in the fashion blogosphere. With varied posts featuring up and coming designers to celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, Tweet is sure to titillate the fashion-lover's eye.
"My blog started as a way to showcase a little jewellery collection I had made when I was in Sixth Form, the collection was called Tweet as the majority of the designs were birds, my blog developed and changed but the name stuck."
"I'm based in Manchester now after growing up in the middle of Cheshire. I've been blogging for about 5 years now, it seems like such a long time ago it all started."
"I monetise my blog if a good opportunity arises, but only when the product is something I would usually write about anyway. I don't agree with monetising for the sake of it though, I'm not a fan of plastering my blog with flashy ads."
