Gents Day at the General Store. 

On Saturday 3^rd of July we’ll be holding our first ever event designed just for the guys.

The store opens as usual from 10am but when 12pm hit’s our store will be transformed into a haven dedicated just for the boys. We’ll have:

• Free shave, curtsey of Close Male Grooming Salon.
• Casino 235 will be coming along to give you expert tips on how to play roulette and keep a straight poker face.
• Lab Series Skincare for Men will be providing demos, facials and advice for men's skin needs.
• We’ll also have free prizes, giveaways and much more.

This is a perfect afternoon if you’re looking to spruce yourself up for a Saturday night, learn how to shave properly or maybe just magic the art of roulette.

DJ - Tom Harwood

Tom is a professional DJ who is getting lots of recognition and praise from the Manchester music scene, moving his way up in the entertainment circuit. He has played at some of the country’s most prestigious venues and also been resident DJ at a number of venues.

Close – Male Grooming

Located in the Heart of the Northern Quarter, Close is Manchester’s only bespoke male grooming experience, specialising in luxury hair cuts and cut throat shaves. Ran by Alex Shore, Close is the perfect male hideaway, with Xbox’s, PS3 and beers on tap, Alex and his team know exactly what every man wants from a grooming experience.

On Saturday Close will be coming down to the General Store to give all you gents free advice on how to create the smoothest shave or the tidiest beard. With free shaving on hand this is the perfect way to get you ready for a Saturday night.

Casino Manchester 235 – Manchester 235 is Manchester’s answer to Las Vegas, located in the Great Northern. 235 is an entertainment destination full of state of the art gaming and professional croupiers.

235 will be bringing a taste of the casino down to the General Store to give all guys attending a chance to experience the exciting game of American Roulette without putting your hand in your pocket! FREE bets and drink vouchers will be available on the day.

Lab Series Skincare for Men – Lab Series offer high tech, high performance skincare regimes solely dedicated to men and their skin's needs.

On the day, Lab Series will be giving out mini-facials and providing expert advice on how to clean and treat men's skin with their specialty products.
