Looking for illustrator/freelance cartoonist who can work on developing a new Kawaisa fictional character.
Three different sets of illustrations will be needed to determine the look and feel of our new character. Illustrator must be able to vectorize these images and have two versions completed with layers. Details are important, as this will be the first of six characters.
Will be supplying an online moodboard and character details, which will make this a pretty straight forward process. The look & feel has been pre-determined, but we need someone talented to bring it to life! Hoping to find someone that can be worked with on a regular basis, to develop future characters and designs for our children's book & soon to be brand.
A background in character design and animation is preferable, but not necessary. Must sign Non-disclosure agreement & have a certain “jene sai quoi!” And of course, be down with the kids!!! Points of reference are Hello Kitty, Dora and all things cute!
Again, this is a great opportunity for developing a well rounded portfolio and be part of something magical!
How we will work :
Step 1 : Initial Consultation
We discuss the details of your project. Escrow will be funded.
Step 2 : Conception
you will send sketches/concepts for approval. Any major revisions will be made at this stage.
Step 3 : The Final Artwork
Once we are satisfied with the results, you will send final design. (minor changes may be made at this stage.) All images, layered & vectorized. Escrow will be released.
We retain copyright.
Pay is £50-£100 per Character
