Job Description:

 

Wholesale Customer Services Assistant

 

Up to £20,000

 

This sportswear brand is seeking a Wholesale Customer  Service Assistant, with strong client facing and analytical skills to join the team in their showroom in Manchester.

 

The Company:

 

My client is an internationally recognised  sportswear company.  The company designs, sources, and markets sport-related apparel, footwear, and equipment. Its products are sold in over 90 countries worldwide.

 

Wholesale Customer Services Assistant – The Role:

 

This role will include:

 

 ·         Continuous contact with clients in order to increase customer care level and maintain highest standards of customer service at all times

 

·         Efficient resolving of all customer issues as well as front facing customer liaison for all queries

 

·         Reporting on market behaviour, specifically geared towards customer satisfaction, efficiency and sales increase.

 

·         Reviewing and collating weekly sales reports from key accounts to increase sale through replenishment

 

·         Monitoring orders on a an ongoing basis to ensure timely delivery of product and customer delivery compliance

 

·         Proactive customer service outreach regarding stock levels, reorders, stock performance, training requirements etc.

 

·         Generate and send invoices of all operations carried out

 

·         Recording and imputing all sales operations and customer data

 

Wholesale Customer Services Assistant – The Candidate:

 

As part of this role you will have:

 

 ·         Two years experience in a similar fashion, customer service environment

 

·         Ability to deal with large key accounts and maintain the highest standards of customer service

 

·         Proficiency in PC softwear packages and ability to work with SAP

 

·         Fantastic organisational and communication skills

 

·         Strong commercial awareness and ability to work to deadline

 

·         Forgein language ideally, but not essential, but ability to work with international clients

 

·         Proactive approach, self motivated and results driven

 

The Package:

 

 Our client is offering a salary between £18,000 to £20,000
