Sales/Admin Assistant
Location: Manchester City centre

 

 

Glamorous is a world leading organisation based in Manchester City Centre. We are currently looking to recruit 2 experienced Sales/Admin Assistant to join our very successful Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation that will offer excellent career progression and stability to the successful candidate.

 

Skills / Experience required:

 

- Minimum 2yrs customer service and sales experience

 

- Must be computer literate and able to use Excel and Outlook

 

- Excellent communication skills

 

- Professional telephone manner

 

- Ability to prioritise own workload whilst meeting and exceeding strict often tight deadlines

 

- Ability to adapt quickly to this fast paced environment

 

- Team player but with the ability to use own initiative

 

- Ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority

 

- Excellent attention to detail

 

- Focused and enthusiastic

 

- Confident and adaptable

 

 

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include:

 

- Making daily/weekly reports

 

- Deal with feedback and quality monitoring

 

- Facilitate any printing, promotional and other marketing material as and when required

 

- Raising orders, managing invoicing and tracking payments is integral to the role

 

- Deal with any queries relating to payments and customer complaints

 

- Chasing up outstanding invoices

 

- Meeting & greeting clients

 

 

Salary is dependant on experience.

 

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm, and you will be required to work Sundays 10.00am – 3pm.
