Profile Biography
I'm Heather, 24 years old and i'm currently in the process of relocating to West Yorkshire. I am looking for marketing and PR roles in fashion within the West Yorkshire and Manchester regions.
After graduating in 2010 from BSc Hons International Fashion Marketing @ MMU , I have worked for the NCAA brand for the past 1.5yrs. This involved launching the brand and implementing both an online and offline marketing strategy.
Daily tasks involved liaising with press and key editors of consumer and trade magazines such as FHM, GQ, Loaded, MWB, Drapers to secure product placement features and editorials.
Uploading new collections and copy to the transactional webiste.
Researching, Organising and attending seasonal photoshoots.
Updating social networking sites such as FB and Twitter.
Organising and attending domestic and International Tradeshows such a Stitch and Bread & Butter.
Designing and creating seasonal brochures on adobe illustrator.
Liaising with international distributors providing sales support, implementing orders onto the in-house system. Sourcing relevant POS for key customers and distribtuors.
Providing marketing support to customers such as ASOS, Selfridges, House of Fraser, Bank, Urban Outfitters.
