Catwalk Creative Vintage is an online vintage business established in 2006. Owner, Louise Sleigh, is based in Manchester with international sales and customers throughout Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.
The aim at Catwalk Creative is to promote the wearing and collecting of vintage by offering a unique range of quality and affordable merchandise for the discerning collector. Merchandise can also be purchased from Etsy.
Louise is an active member of the Vintage Fashion Guild (VFG), an international organisation for vintage fashion professionals. Her vintage fashion blog, Catwalk Threads, is an excellent resource for all levels interested in vintage. One will find a plethora of information from vintage retailer interviews to freelance articles for various e-zines. Previous articles include 'Learning to be a Vintage Clothing Connoisseur' for leading online publication, The Fashion Birdcage.
Vintage fashion isn't for everyone of course, but there are many people who value the superior quality of fabrics, design and construction techniques that just cannot be found on the high street today.
Our stock is sourced from around the world and from private collectors. We do not purchase from charity shops and our merchandise is cleaned and pressed so it arrives in beautiful condition, ready to wear. If you don't 'get' vintage, you've clearly been shopping in the wrong places.
