JASS is a garment design, development and production company based in Tunisia, established in 2003.

We provide the essential skills needed by growing retail and wholesale brands that struggle with minimum quantity issues and don’t always have the resources and specialist knowledge of more established brands.

 

Our philosophy is that we should enjoy working as a team which can grow with the company and with the client.

Products

Good denim Jeans, woven cottons in chinos and casual styles for men, women and children.

In our time also we have produced outerwear, and jersey products. We can source production for whatever the client needs.

Design and development

·         A tight team of well-trained people dedicated to the creation of garments from a sample, a sketch, specifications or even an idea.

·         In house pattern studio for all types of product working with both Gerber and Lectra.

·         Collections and garment development facilities with full and complete tech packs.

·         Our own sample line set up to produce all preproduction and commercial samples.

·         Talented and knowledgeable garment washing specialists working with some of the best laundries in Tunisia.

Production

·         Sourcing department which can propose and buy fabrics and accessories where required.

·         Committed and cooperative production partnersfor most product types and who can manufacture orders from several thousand to below 100.

·         Planning department ensures that orders are delivered on time and to your specification, packed how you need it.

·         Full QC checking, in production, finishing and packing with the documentation reporting to support the process.

·         Shipping takes only 4/5 days with Euro 1 or Euro Med, “duty free” papers.

Clients:

Our customers are mainly based in the UK and Northern Europe. The list consists of branded retailers, international wholesalers and small independent labels.
