Our intellectual property team advises clients in the creative industries, including clothing and jewellery designers, agencies, fashion importers, wholesalers and manufacturers.

 

We also deal with legal issues for digital companies, online retailers, marketing consultants, printers and PR companies.

 

We provide advice to clients in the hi-tech and design sectors, as well as education charities in the sector. For those who operate in regulated sectors, we have experience in dealing with the Press Complaints Commission, OFCOM and the CAP marketing codes of practice.

 

We can help with the protection and exploitation of your work to help secure the best commercial value. Our lawyers are actively involved in the sector and have first-hand experience of the day to day problems faced by creative companies, charities and not for profit organisations.
